本政策说明 Beam Launch（“我们”）在 openapps.network 上，以及通过其中两份名单（Beam 等候名单和建造者名单）处理哪些个人数据、为什么处理，以及你可以做什么。我们把它写成可以读完的文字。This policy explains what personal data Beam Launch ("we", "us") handles on openapps.network and through the two lists on it (the Beam waitlist and the builders' list), why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it to be read.

两份名单都不会把你的 IP 地址和邮箱存在一起。为了防止表单被刷，它们背后的服务会在内存里按 IP 地址统计最近的尝试次数，重启后就忘掉。Neither list stores your IP address with your email. To stop the forms being flooded, the service behind them counts recent attempts per IP address in memory, and forgets them when it restarts.

It sets no cookie, records no personal data, and does not follow you to other sites. The site shows no ads, and its fonts, pictures and clips come from our own server.
我们不购买关于你的数据，也不为你建立档案。We do not buy data about you, and we do not build a profile of you.
4. 我们和谁分享4. Who we share it with
我们不出售你的个人数据，也不把你的邮箱地址交给任何人供其自行使用。能看到它的是：We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your email address with anyone for their own use. It is seen by:
- 我们的托管服务商Our hosting provider，它运行着等候名单和本站所在的服务器。, which runs the server the waitlist and this site live on.

5. 你的选择5. Your choices
你可以要求我们展示所持有的关于你的信息、更正它，或删除它。用你加入时的地址写信到 contact@beamlaunchpad.com，我们会在 30 天内处理。You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to contact@beamlaunchpad.com from the address you joined with, and we will act within 30 days.

The lists are kept on a server only our team can sign in to, and they are not copied into other tools. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
8. 我们保存多久8. How long we keep it
- Beam 等候名单：The Beam waitlist: 直到 Beam 上线并且我们已经写信给你，或直到你要求删除地址，以先到者为准。until Beam has launched and we have written to you, or until you ask us to delete your address, whichever comes first.
- 建造者名单：The builders' list: 直到你要求删除地址，或直到我们关闭这份名单。until you ask us to delete your address, or until we close the list.
- 网站服务器日志：Web server logs: 90 天，然后删除。90 days, then they are deleted.

11. 你居住的地方11. Where you live
取决于你住在哪里，法律赋予你对个人数据的权利：例如新加坡的《个人数据保护法》，或欧洲经济区和英国的 GDPR。在这些法律下：Depending on where you live, the law gives you rights over your personal data: for example Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, or the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Under those laws:
